Terms and Conditions

Eligibility & Enrollment: Membership is open to any individual; however, priority will be given to previous and current students of Paladin Academy LLC. There are no residency restrictions for membership; however, participation in in-person classes is subject to location availability. Members may enroll in the membership program through both online and in-person channels. The 25% discount associated with the membership shall be made available immediately upon enrollment.

Discount & Benefits: The 25% discount applies to all scheduled classes offered by Paladin Academy LLC, including private classes, but excludes special events and private bookings. The sole benefit of membership is the aforementioned 25% discount on eligible classes. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions or discounts. Members are required to present proof of membership, specifically the discount code provided upon enrollment, at the time of class registration. Membership is not transferable. Members can gift classes with their discount however they have to also be enrolled in the same class.

Renewals & Cancellations: Membership necessitates manual renewal on an annual basis. No cancellations will be permitted after enrollment; consequently, no refunds will be issued for mid-year cancellations. It is important to note that there exists only one tier of membership, with no options available for upgrades.

Usage & Restrictions: There are no limitations on the number of discounted classes a member may take within the membership year. Upon enrollment, members will receive a physical membership card as proof of membership.

Dispute Resolution: In the event that a member believes they have been charged incorrectly, they are encouraged to report the dispute to Paladin Academy LLC by contacting customer service via the designated email or phone number. Disputes will be reviewed by appointed staff, who will require relevant documentation or evidence from the member to facilitate resolution. Members can expect a response to their dispute within a reasonable timeframe, typically within five business days. Should a dispute not be resolved to the member's satisfaction, they may appeal the decision by submitting a written request to the management team for further review.

Amendments & Acknowledgment: Paladin Academy LLC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership program at any time. Members will be duly notified of any changes via email or through the official Paladin Academy LLC website. By enrolling in the Wolf Pack Membership, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
